Dr. Raul Cortes, MD is triple certified in Plastic Surgery, Hand Surgery and General Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Cortes is a graduate of both the Harvard Combined Plastic Surgery Program, and the UCLA fellowship program in Hand and Microsurgery. He is also a Clinical Instructor of Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College.
